Marvellous microscopes: Focus on ... X-ray Imaging by Micro-computed Tomography: Edible nut datasets

These CT scan datasets were created for "Marvellous microscopes: Focus on ... X-ray Imaging by Micro-computed Tomography." as part of Southampton Science and Engineering Festival (SOTSEF) 2022. The scans were acquired on a custom Nikon XT H 225 ST, and then cropped and converted down to 8 bit files for size reasons. The are 8 bit big-endian raw files and the dimensions of each file are specified in the file name in the form <dataset_name>_<x_voxels>x<y_voxels>x<z_voxels>x8bit.raw. These files can be opened using open-source software such as Fiji/ImageJ.
