Seawater samples were collected during rising and falling tides at temperate (35úN) and subtropical (25úN) reefs for two days in May 2021 and 2022. Fish eDNA metabarcoding was performed for a total of 72 samples, and we compared fish community structures to detect the effects of tidal differences on eDNA metabarcoding.
