Sheet 1. Data of the mean weight diameter (MWD) for dry and wet sieving (MWDd and MWDw respectively). Also the stability index (SI), water loss, geometric water content, water contact angle (WCA), sorptivity, fungal biomass and colony density and growth rate of colonies.
