Data and Code for: Risk assessment of Empoasca fabae in China under CMIP6 scenarios: Integrating climatic suitability and host plant distribution

This dataset contains the occurrence records and R scripts associated with the manuscript "Risk assessment of Empoasca fabae in China under CMIP6 scenarios". It includes the raw and spatially thinned occurrence data of Empoasca fabae, as well as the complete R code workflow for spatial thinning, variable selection, MaxEnt model optimization (using ENMeval), model projection under CMIP6 scenarios, and downstream analyses (centroid migration and potato risk assessment).
