数据集为未来时期中国逐月潜在蒸散发,空间分辨率为0.0083333°(约1km),时间为2021.1-2100.12,单位为0.1mm。该数据集是基于未来时期中国1km逐月均温、最低温、最高温数据,采用Hargreaves潜在蒸散发计算式得到(Peng at al. 2017)。公式如下: PET = 0.0023 × S0 × sqrt(MaxT − MinT) ×(MeanT + 17.8), 其中,PET为潜在蒸散发,mm/月;MaxT、MinT、MeanT分别为月最高温、最低温、均温;S0为到达地球大气层顶的理论太阳辐射,根据太阳常数、日地距离、儒略日、赤纬等计算得到。数据采用IPCC最新发布的4个SSP情景(SSP119、SSP126、SSP245、SSP585),每个情景包含一个GCM(MRI-ESM2-0)。为便于存储,数据均为int16型存于nc(NETCDF)文件中。nc数据可用ArcMAP软件打开制图,并可用Matlab、R软件提取处理。数据坐标系统建议使用WGS84。

This dataset provides monthly potential evapotranspiration over China during the future period, with a spatial resolution of 0.0083333° (approximately 1 km), covering the time range from January 2021 to December 2100, and the unit is 0.1 mm. It is derived using the Hargreaves potential evapotranspiration calculation formula (Peng et al., 2017) based on monthly 1-km gridded mean, minimum and maximum air temperature data over China for the future period. The formula is as follows: $$ ext{PET} = 0.0023 imes S_0 imes sqrt{ ext{MaxT} - ext{MinT}} imes ( ext{MeanT} + 17.8)$$ Where PET represents potential evapotranspiration with the unit of mm/month; MaxT, MinT and MeanT refer to monthly maximum, minimum and mean air temperature, respectively; $S_0$ is the extraterrestrial solar radiation at the top of Earth's atmosphere, calculated based on solar constant, Earth-Sun distance, Julian day, solar declination and other related parameters. This dataset includes four SSP scenarios recently released by the IPCC: SSP119, SSP126, SSP245 and SSP585. Each scenario adopts one GCM (MRI-ESM2-0). For efficient storage, all data are saved as 16-bit integers (int16) in NETCDF (.nc) files. The NETCDF data can be opened and used for cartography with ArcMAP, and can be extracted and processed using Matlab or R software. The WGS84 coordinate system is recommended for this dataset.
