资源简介:
Pregnancy is a complex and continuously changing physiological process. With the increase in gestational age, a series of physiological changes, including hormone, metabolism, and immune, lead to the shift of microbiota of pregnant women. Growing studies have shown that the dysbiosis of microorganisms is closely related to adverse pregnancy complications. We determined and compared the gut microbiota communities in the feces of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), Autoimmune diseases (AD), pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), and Hyperlipidemia (HPL) with healthy pregnant women using 16S rRNA gene sequencing and then investigated the relationships among gut microbiota, cytokines, and the four pregnancy complications.
