Full processed data for the article "Nested spatiotemporal theta--gamma waves organize hierarchical visual processing".This dataset contains full power spectra, LFP time series, theta wavenumbers, gamma amplitudes, and spike times for all selected subjects across active Natural_Images, passive Natural_Images, flash_250ms, and spontaneous stimulus conditions.These measurements are contained in two main sets of files:Files prefixed by `out` contain measurements for each subject mapped to the depth coordinates native to each recording session;Files prefixed with `uni` contain measurements aligned to a unified set of cortical depths.The processed data were derived from the full Allen Neuropixels--Visual Behavior dataset using the University of Sydney School of Physics computing cluster.With the accompanying code repository SpatiotemporalMotifs.jl, these data can be used to reproduce the minimal plot dataset provided on https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.29928659 on a machine with a modest amount of memory (>32GB) and around a day of processing time.
