Data used to quantify the differences in the regional air quality responses to aviation emissions. The GEOS-Chem atmospheric chemistry-transport model was used to quantify the global and regional fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and ozone sensitivity to aviation emissions over Asia, Europe, and North America for 2005 and 2013. Simulations with perturbed regional aviation emissions inputs were used to isolate the air quality and associated human health impacts of increases in aviation emissions originating from and occurring in the different regions. This dataset consists of the atmospheric model outputs used in the calculations, the baseline mortality rates considered, and the Monte-Carlo estimates of health impacts in 2005 for various concentration-response functions (CRF).
