Data from "Contrasting effects of tree species and genetic diversity on the leaf miner communities associated with silver birch"

The data file "data tree level" includes the abundance of
leaf miner species at the tree level, for both years and seasons within species
and genetic diversity experiment. The data file "data plot
level" includes the abundance of leaf miner species at the plot level, for
both years and seasons within species and genetic diversity experiment. The
abundance of miner species as well as miner species richness were obtained by
using sample based rarefaction.
