These geospatial datasets compile information about pesticide application at individual field level in Denmark, Czechia and the Netherlands for year 2021 inlcuding pedo-climatic and hydrological datasets. Pesticide application data, chemical IDs and physico-chemical properties are contained in the gemup_(country abbreviation)_(YYYY).gpkg files. The data can be used to create agri-environmental scenarios for fate and exposure modelling of pesticides in soil and river water. Data can be donwloaded and used as inputs to the Surface Water Quality model (SWaQ). The model scripts together with documentation are available on GitHub: https://github.com/bobski1986/Sprint_swaq.
