Mouse Embryonic 12.5 mouse heart transcriptome

Mouse e12.5 hearts mRNA were sequenced using the illumina NGS platform in order to create an expression profile of developing heart that could be integrated with other studies. Examination of expression profile of 2 replicate E12.5 mouse heart为构建可与其他研究整合的发育心脏基因表达谱，本研究采用Illumina下一代测序（Next Generation Sequencing, NGS）平台对小鼠胚胎12.5天（E12.5）的心脏样本进行mRNA测序。本次研究对2份生物学重复的E12.5小鼠心脏样本的表达谱展开了分析。
