Comparative study of the mechanism of natural compounds with similar structures using docking and transcriptome data

This study aimed to compare the mechanisms of action (MOA) of similar natural compounds and observed the changes when they are mixed and used. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for albiflorin (10 uM), paeoniflorin (10 uM), combination of albiflorin and paeoniflorin (5 + 5 uM), and vehicle control (0.1% DMSO).
