In order to better understand the functions of endophytic microorganisms in Eucommia ulmoides seeds and explore the potential mechanisms on the growth of E. ulmoides seedlings. Tissue culture experiments showed that Cytobacillus gottheilii B7 and Cladosporium halotolerans Z27 have the best growth-promoting effects. The pot experiment further revealed that the growth physiological indicators of E. ulmoides were significantly increased when strain B7 and strain Z27 were inoculated into the root soil.
