Genome annotation of Suaeda salsa predicted by Helixer

This dataset contains the genome annotation of Suaeda salsa generated using the Helixer gene prediction pipeline. The annotation was produced based on the published chromosome-level reference genome of S. salsa available at the Genome Warehouse (GWH) of the National Genomics Data Center (NGDC) under accession GWHBQEE00000000 (BioProject: PRJCA006671; BioSample: SAMC461466). This annotation was used for downstream transcriptomic and functional analyses in our study.
The GFF3 file includes predicted gene models, mRNAs, exons, CDS, and UTR features across the assembled chromosomes.
The associated RNA-seq datasets have been deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under accession PRJNA1227148.
