FOLDER & FILE OVERVIEW
----------------------
There are three data files for 21_June_2018, 27_June_2018、 and 31_August_2018, respectively in MILAHI_2018PEDE_Spectrum_Data.
"MILAHI_2018PEDE_integrated_spectral_data" includes (1) the integrated spectral data for Figure 2, and (2) the individual spectral data for Figures S1, S3, S5.
(1) The integrated spectral data in Figure 2:
The first column is the intermediate frequency, the second column and third column are the relative intensity of the disk center, and the equatorial limb, respectively. The intermediate frequency of the spectra at the equatorial limb is corrected after taking into account the Doppler shift due to the solid rotation of Mars body.
(2) The individual spectral data in Figures S1, S3, S5:
"disk_center" folder includes the individual spectrum observed at the Martian disk center showed in Figures S1, S3, S5 in Supporting Information. "equatorial_limb" folder is the same as the "disk center", except for the data at the observed position to the equatorial limb. The first column is the intermediate frequency and the second column is the relative intensity.
Note, for the equatorial limb data, the data are also corrected for the Martian solid rotation, while the spectra shown in Figs S1, S3, S5 are not.

MEANIG OF DATA NAMES
--------------------
The file name of the individual spectrum includes the date and time(UT), relative velocity between Earth and Mars, the CO2 gas laser wavelength, and the observed position.
"vd" is the relative velocity and "lambda" is the CO2 gas laser wavelength (e.g., 1051 corresponds 10.51 micron). Thus, for example, the data name "20180621T1130_vd-8.86_lambda1059_disk_center" means that the date is 21 June 2018, time is 11:30 UT, relative velocity is -8.86 km s-1, and the CO2 gas laser wavelength is 10.59 micron.

POINT OF ATTENTION
-------------------
The spectra in MILAHI observation at the summit of Mt. Haleakala, HI, were taken both on and off Mars using two beam paths. The individual spectrum is the result of minimizing systematic features using the two beam path data with close observation time.
The data in this archive are relevant for the revised manuscript.
