资源简介:
This study deciphers the antiepileptic mechanism of the traditional compound Dingxian Pill (DXP), revealing a novel "gut-brain" dual-axis mode of action. We demonstrate that DXP alleviates temporal lobe epilepsy by simultaneously restoring gut microbiota homeostasis and directly inhibiting neuronal hyperexcitability. This study offers a promising therapeutic strategy for refractory epilepsy.
