CD4+ T cells were activated in the presence of PD1. The transcriptional profile was compared to untreated CD4+ T cells as well as to regulatory T cells. Overall design: Freshly isolated CD4+CD25low/intCD127+ T cells were analysed as well as CD4+ T cells and CD4+CD25+ Treg cells treated as indicated.
