Genomic analysis of enterohepatic Helicobacters isolated in Japan. Helicobacter

Enterohepatic Helicobacter species are known to cause invasive infections such as bacteremia and cellulitis in humans. We performed whole genome sequencing of enterohepatic Helicobacter species to analyze pathogenicity and develop diagnostic methods for infection.
