This archive contains the full ONT and Illumina read sets for each genome included in the Autocycler benchmarking study. ONT reads were basecalled with Dorado v0.9.5 using the sup-v5 model. Basic quality control has been applied: minimum Q10 for ONT reads, fastp with default settings for Illumina reads. These reads were used both to generate the high-accuracy reference assemblies and as the source for the subsampled read sets used in benchmarking.
