Flooding to drying drive shifts in microbial community composition and keystone taxa enhancing microbial respiration of soil aggregates

We investigate how the shift from flooding to drying change soil aggregates respiration via affecting the microbial community composition and their co-occurrence patterns. Soils were collected from a riparian zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir, China, and incubated them from flooding to drying conditions.
