SD Rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSC) were extracted. At the third generation, heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) modified BMMSC (HO-1-MSC) was obtained by transfecting HO-1 with adenovirus. After the cell fusion rate reached 70%, exosome free serum was added. 3 days later, BMMSC and HO-1-MSC cell supernatant were collected, isolated and purified to obtain exosomes. Exosomes were identified by transmission electron microscopy, nanoflow cytometry and westen lot. Exosome sequencing was then performed
