Simulation Prototype and Data: Directed Modal Work via Bi-Harmonic Terahertz Dielectrophoresis

This repository contains prototype simulation scripts, example input parameter files, and figure-generation workflows supporting the manuscript "Directed Modal Work via Bi-Harmonic Terahertz Dielectrophoresis: A Non-Equilibrium Framework for Ionic Separation in Micro-Droplets" submitted to MDPI Entropy. Contents: The repository reproduces the theoretical and computational results reported in the manuscript using a 2D TM FDTD electrodynamics model and a 1D overdamped Langevin transport model with clock-rescaling. It includes pre-generated .csv data files and .png figures for immediate reviewer access, alongside the complete, run-ready Python codebase used to generate them. Scope Note: These files constitute localized research prototypes designed to transparently prove the mathematical limits and thermodynamic bounds derived in the text (including clock-rescaling, kurtosis diagnostics, and Jarzynski bounds). As noted in the manuscript's Data Availability Statement, the full 3D multi-physics fluid turbulence models and engineering software are proprietary and patent-sensitive, and are thus excluded from this open-access repository.
