我们针对DN2、DN3及DN4亚群的发育中双阴性胸腺细胞开展了单细胞转录组分析。本次分析所用的细胞均从6只野生型（wild type, WT）小鼠中分选得到，并使用10x Genomics平台完成了单细胞RNA测序。
