OsSTK (LOC_Os06g10710) overexpressing rice transcriptome sequencing

To investigate the OsSTK-regulated genes involved in agronomic trait, a high-throughput sequencing approach was employed to compare the expression profiles of control rice and rice overexpressing OsSTK. Transcriptome analysis identified 3108 DEGs 245 in OsSTK-OE #4 plants and 1510 DEGs in OsSTK-OE #5 plants compared with wide-type NIP. Venn analysis revealed that a total of 595 genes were altered in OsSTK-OE lines relative to NIP control.
