Advancing macromolecular cryocrystallography methods at microfocus beamline XAIRA

XAIRA has recently started user operation, so at this stage reliability and commissioning of the beamline has to be tested with real samples. Here we present a set of proteins with different characteristics in terms of molecular weight, cell parameters, crystal sizes and diffraction power, among other factors, to provide a complete set of tests.
Importantly, this proposal will also be used to test the beamline control system (MXCuBEweb), the data management (iCAT), dewar shipping system, remote user operation and processing pipelines.
