Utah Housing Unit Inventory

The Housing Unit Inventory (HUI) is a derivative dataset that attempts to add information to the county assessor tax parcel data for Utah’s most urban counties. It is not a substitute for the excellent datasets maintained by the Assessors but, rather, presents additional, standardized information about the type and number of housing units, associated grounds and common areas, and related short-term and long-term trends. The HUI is a best-effort product of a resource-limited analysis -- users are encouraged to do their own quality assessment, share their findings, and cite this metadata describing how the HUI was produced.住房单元清单（Housing Unit Inventory, HUI）是一款衍生数据集，旨在为犹他州多数城市县的县评估员税务地块数据补充相关信息。本数据集并非评估机构所维护的优质数据集的替代品，而是提供了关于住房单元类型与数量、相关场地及公共区域，以及相关短期与长期趋势的额外标准化信息。住房单元清单是一项受限于资源条件的分析所产出的尽力而为的成果——我们鼓励用户自行开展质量评估、分享其研究发现，并引用这份用于说明HUI生成方式的元数据。
