POC content in the sea-bottom sediments (MR16-06)

Sediments were sampled by the Smith and McIntyre grab sampler. Those samples, within 1 cm from the surface, were dry and fumed with concentrated HCL in a laboratory. After the process, samples were analyzed with a CHN coder.沉积物采用Smith-McIntyre抓斗式采泥器（Smith and McIntyre grab sampler）采集。所获样品中，表层1厘米范围内的样品经干燥处理后，于实验室内用浓盐酸（concentrated HCl）进行熏蒸处理。上述处理完成后，使用碳氢氮元素分析仪（CHN coder）对样品进行分析。
