EPFL benchmark records: LUT-6 netlists improving the best known sizes

LUT-6 netlists improving the best size listed for the EPFL combinational benchmark suite. sin: 991 LUTs and 103 levels (previous best 994 LUTs, F.-X. Reichl and F. Slivovsky), checked exhaustively on all 2^24 inputs. It starts from their published netlist and applies one standard ABC pass. mem_ctrl: 1662 LUTs and 26 levels (table 1669, F.-X. Reichl and F. Slivovsky; 1663 in the open pull request 39 by T. Ursin, from which it starts), proved equivalent by ABC cec. Added in v1.1.
