This project aims to study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccination program on the circulation of respiratory viruses among healthcare professionals (HCP) who volunteered for the phase III trial of the ChadOx nCoV1 vaccine in Sao Paulo, Brazil. RT-qPCR was used to detect SARS-CoV-2 and other common respiratory viruses in samples collected from July 2020 to January 2022.
