Sanger sequencing files of exon 13 of the SCNN1B gene of Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension

We studied the prevalence of SCNN1B genetic variants and their association with renin-aldosterone profiles in Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension. We performed conventional PCRs of exon 13 of the SCNN1B gene in our participants and searched genetic variants through Sanger sequencing. These are the ab1 files of the electropherograms.
