High throughput RNA sequencing of Cd34+ve HSPC upon Leucine alteration

We are analyzing the transcriptomic landscape in Primary Cd34+ve HSPCs following a pulsed leucine deprivation as well as excess supplementation of Leucine Overall design: Control set of HSPCs were cultured in media containing 0.8 mM of Leucine as our control. Experiment1 was HSPCs cultured for 6 hrs in a media containing no leucine in it (0mM). Experiment 2 is HSPCs cultured for 6 hrs in a media containing excess leucine (2mM)
