Non-steoridal Antiinflammtory Drugs' Chronotherapy May Enhance Early Bone Fracture Helaing in Mice

This experiemnt is to identify estimate the differences in genes expression after three days of adminsitration NSAID at different times of the day following bone fracture surgery in comparison to control group Comparison of two experiemntal groups to control group , one group receive NSAID during active phase of the day folowing tibia fracture surgery in mice, the second group received same treatment during resting phase and the control group did not receive any tretament or surgery. Surgery time for both experiemntal groups was performed at the same time of the day in for all mice.
