Edge illumination X-ray phase contrast imaging CT data set of a wooden pencil
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the results described in "Correcting for focal spot drift in edge illumination X-ray phase contrast imaging". An edge illumination (EI) XCT dataset of a wooden pencil was acquired. Postprocessing was performed in python, using the gpufit (https://github.com/gpufit/Gpufit) and ASTRA Toolbox (https://astra-toolbox.com/) software. The EI-CT geometry was: SOD = 700 mm SDD = 975 mm pixel size = 0.15 mm 720 projection angles in the [0°, 360°) interval 21 mask steps of 5 micrometers per projection angle The scanner used for the data acquisition required a source refresh after every 200 projection angles. Flat field images were acquired before and after each of these refreshes. The naming convention is as follows: df0: dark current image to correct for detector noise scanXXXXX: sample projections, in ascending order. Every 21 projections (e.g. 00000 -> 00020, 00021 -> 00022, ...) are a single projection angle, with each of the projections being recorded at a different mask position (i.e. 21 mask steps of 5 micrometers per angle) flat_preXXX_YYYY_ZZZZZ: flat field projections before source refresh XXX at projection angle YYYY, with ZZZZZ containing the 21 mask steps flat_postXXX_YYYY_ZZZZZ: flat field projections after source refresh XXX at projection angle YYYY, with ZZZZZ containing the 21 mask steps The projections were uploaded in chunks of 3000 files.
