Bulk RNA sequencing of total lung cells from 14 dpi of high-dose mtb on Atg14f/f and Atg14f/f-LysM-cre mice.

We found that several autophagy genes in myeloid cells are required to protect against high-dose Mtb (~1000cfu) infection. To understand the immune cell population in these mice after high-dose Mtb infection and what may contribute to the susceptibility, we did bulk RNAseq on mice infected with high-dose of Mtb strain Erdman.
