Soil DNA extracts from greenhouse study Raw sequence reads

Metagenomic DNA from soil samples collected from individual mesocosms of a greenhouse experiment at NMSU with layered treatment effects. These treatments included presence of surface biocrust presence/no biocrust, additional labile carbon/no additional carbon, and added nutrients (P&N)/no additional nutrients. Soil samples were taken from the surface and subsurface of each before extraction.
