病原微生物细菌物种分类基因组序列数据

对临床样本的测序数据进行分析计算，精准分析出样本中已知的细菌物种，获得与之对应的参考序列比对结果，从而鉴定样本中存在的可疑致病细菌物种，用于临床辅助诊断，显著提高医生的工作效率。对临床样本（比如痰液、肺泡灌洗液、血浆、脑脊液等）中的获得的测序原始数据进行接头、低质量序列过滤，获得高质量序列数据，对获得的高质量测序数据进一步过滤人源核酸序列及重复序列，通过程序软件将收集到的细菌物种构建为数据索引，检索出样本中物种序列，对样本中的细菌物种序列物种鉴定及统计。

This dataset is used to analyze and compute sequencing data from clinical samples, accurately identify known bacterial species in the samples, obtain corresponding reference sequence alignment results, and thus identify suspected pathogenic bacterial species present in the samples for clinical auxiliary diagnosis, significantly improving the working efficiency of physicians. Specifically, raw sequencing data acquired from clinical samples (e.g., sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.) undergoes adapter trimming and low-quality sequence filtering to obtain high-quality sequence data. Subsequently, human-derived nucleic acid sequences and repetitive sequences are further removed from the obtained high-quality sequencing data. Then, a data index is constructed for the collected bacterial species via computational software, the species sequences present in the sample are retrieved, and species identification and statistical analysis are performed on the bacterial sequences in the sample.
