The MODIS/Aqua Sea Ice Extent Daily L3 Global 1km EASE-Grid Day (MYD29P1D) data set contains tiles of daily 1 km resolution sea ice extent, ice surface temperature, and quality assessment data gridded to the Equal Area Scalable Earth Grid (EASE-Grid). As of August 2023, this data set is retired and no longer available for download. We recommend using <a href="https://nsidc.org/data/myd29p1d/versions/61">MODIS/Aqua Sea Ice Extent Daily L3 Global 1km EASE-Grid Day, Version 61</a> as an alternative.
