Anaerobic fermentation of main components in the food wastes

At the phylum,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the main dominant phylum.For the rice and vegetable fermentation, Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1,which can convert lactate to butyrate,remained the dominant genus throughout the fermentation process under the suitable inoculum to substrate ratios.
