该数据资源在开展日常水保工作中依托库区水质安全保障智管平台中产生，通过对企业排污水质进行监测与监控，其用电情况、进出水差值、水质与标准值数据实时在线比对，发现异常自动报警，有效提升全区企业污染防治设施规范运行水平，为环境监管开辟更加切实、有效的监管方式。

This dataset was generated during daily soil and water conservation work based on the Intelligent Management Platform for Reservoir Water Quality Safety Assurance. It monitors and supervises the sewage discharge water quality of enterprises, conducts real-time online comparisons among power consumption status, inlet-outlet water flow difference, water quality data and standard values, and automatically triggers alarms when abnormalities are detected. This effectively improves the standardized operation level of pollution prevention and control facilities for enterprises across the entire region, opening up more practical and effective supervision approaches for environmental supervision.
