The purpose of this project is to identify the suppressor of the bps1 mutation in Arabidopsis that is present in the Apost-1 accession. This was done by crossing bps1-2 mutants in the Col-0 accession to the Apost-1 accession, backcrossing the fertile Apost-1 bps1-2 mutants to Col-0, and sequencing the segregants from the F2 generation.
