The raw data related to the article "Abnormal magnetoresistance effect in the Nb/Sisuperconductor-semiconductor heterojunction" was published in the journal of Chinese Physics B. It contains an Excel file, which is described below:The dataset contains raw data for the graphs in Fig. 1, Fig.2 and Fig.3. The raw data of Fig. 1 are the resistance temperature experimental data of the 8 nm thick Nb film in Fig. 1(b) and the resistance temperature experimental data of the NbSi heterojunction in Fig.1(c). The raw data in Fig. 2 are the experimental data of magnetoresistance of NbSi heterojunction at different temperatures in Fig. 2(a) and Fig. 2(b), the experimental data of magnetoresistance of 8nm Nb film at different temperatures in Fig. 2(c) and raw data of NbSi heterojunction magnetoresistance curves around critical temperature in Fig. 2(d). The raw data of Fig. 3 are experimental data of differential resistance of NbSi heterojunctions at specific temperatures in Fig. 3(a).
