COALA - COlorectal CAncer Liver metastasis Assessment Test Set

This dataset contains the test set for the COALA auto-segmentation model, developed to accurately segment colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) on contrast-enhanced CT scans. The model facilitates the clinical adoption of total tumor volume (TTV) as an imaging biomarker for prognosis and treatment response monitoring. This data supports the reproducibility of the results reported in our study, "Development and External Evaluation of a Self-Learning Auto-Segmentation Model for Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastases Assessment (COALA).
