Also, the file contains time series values of the load shedding. Units are in MWh. costs.csv contains data about the costs of power plants in Eur/Mwhel and Eur/MW, their efficiencies and CO2 emissions in tCO/MWhth DE_load.csv contains data about the electrical demand at each bus, the units are in MW
