Single-cell mass cytometry profiling of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

we applied mass cytometry to characterize features of immune components in the PDAC tumor microenvironment. The expression of 33 proteins at the single-cell level was examined in more than two million immune cells obtained from four types of samples, including treatment-naïve PDAC tumors, normal pancreatic tissues, chronic pancreatitis tissues, and blood.
