Warming Center Locations and Temporary Inclement Weather Shelters

This layer contains information on location of warming centers and temporary inclement weather shelters for winter storm response. The layer will need to be updated manually as the Office of Homeless Solutions activates the inclement weather shelters and/or as new information is received. In addition, the status of the shelters will need to be verified to be certain. This layer is supporting the following: Temporary Inclement Weather Shelters web map Temporary Inclement Weather Shelters application, and Community Lifelines Application, which is used by City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management and Crisis Response during emergency events. Note: The City of Dallas Community Lifelines Application is an internal online platform limited to OEM staff and Dallas City Agencies to facilitate accessing the City’s available data to support decision-making during emergency response.本图层包含用于冬季风暴应急响应的御寒暖心中心（warming centers）与临时恶劣天气庇护所（temporary inclement weather shelters）的位置信息。该图层需手动维护更新：当无家可归者解决方案办公室（Office of Homeless Solutions）启用恶劣天气庇护所，或收到新的相关信息时，均需执行更新操作。此外，需对各庇护所的运营状态进行核实，以保障信息的准确性与有效性。本图层可为以下系统提供支撑：临时恶劣天气庇护所网页地图、临时恶劣天气庇护所应用程序，以及达拉斯市应急管理与危机响应办公室（City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management and Crisis Response）在应急事件处置过程中使用的社区生命线应用程序（Community Lifelines Application）。备注：达拉斯市社区生命线应用程序为内部线上平台，仅面向应急管理办公室（OEM）工作人员及达拉斯市各直属机构开放，用于协助其调取本市可用数据，以支撑应急响应阶段的决策工作。
