The goal of this project is to clarify the complete genome sequence of swine norovirus detected from swine fecal samples. RNA extracted from the swine feces in which swine norovirus was detected was analyzed by RNA-seq. The constructed sequence of swine norovirus was compared with the swine norovirus genome previously reported, which may revealed the evolution of swine norovirus in Japan.
