NMDA-Receptor component to visually-evoked activity in somatostatin-positive interneurons (v1)

This dataset consists of recordings of neuronal activity (via two-photon imaging using the GCamp6s indicator) in somatostatin-positive (SST) interneurons with (SST:GluN1-KO) and without (Wild-Type) the genetic deletion of the GluN1-subunit of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor.

Mice are awake and stay on a circular treadmill. Recordings are performed in the mouse primary visual cortex and mice are presented static gratings on a LED screen.
