To unveil the role of Hippo signaling in regulating the maintenance and integrity of FRCs in LNs. Overall design: FRCs were sorted from models deleting Yap/Taz to inhibit hippo pathway, and deleting Lats1,2 to activate hippo pathway in FRC specific manner. We generated [1] FRC-driven Lats1/2 depleted mouse by crossing the PDGFRÃ-Cre-ERT2 mouse with Lats1(flox/flox)/Lats2(flox/flox) mouse [2] FRC-driven Yap/Taz depleted mouse by crossing the FRC-specific CCL19-Cre mouse and the double Yap(flox/flox)/Taz (flox/flox) mouse. Lgr5+ stem cells in dermis were FACS-purified and used for ATAC-seq to explore Yap/Taz driven changes in chromatin accessibility
