Pairwise multiple comparisons results Scleractian Corals

The dataset includes results of the DUNN test for multiple comparisons between depth ranges and sites for the coral species data. The upper number for each comparison is Dunn's pairwise z test statistic. The lower number is the p-value with Bonferroni correction associated with the test. PERMANOVA p-values of coral species cover using Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons between depth ranges and sites. SIMPER results from the pairwise comparisons of the coral species at depth ranges and sites: average percent dissimilarity, their contribution (%) to the similarity, and cumulative total (%) of contributions (80% cut-off).<br>
