Effect of fecal microbiota transplantation and antibiotic on growth performance, intestinal morphology and microbiome dynamics of pigs subjected to weaning stress

Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) had emerged as a promising alternative for combating post-weaning stress in pig, but it can be delivered through different routes and its effectiveness compared to antibiotic under post-weaning stress remains unclear.
